Dave did a great job assisting me with finding a rental unit. He was very accommodating to my schedule, almost always able to get me in for showings on the evening I wanted to see them, sometimes even for the same day, I called. We looked at "a ton" of places, and Dave never appeared to grow weary of me, or my search. He was very helpful in pointing out the qualities a home had (or lacked) from my list of desired features and amenities. Dave kept a record on his smartphone of everywhere we had been so he could pull it up for comparison whenever I got a little confused, which as we looked at more and more places occurred more often than not. He could even show me all of them laid out on a map and where they were in relation to my old house on Sir John. this was very useful to gauge the commute to Chicago. When it came down to making offers and getting paperwork back and forth, he set that all up online, making it very easy for me to complete the variety of forms that were required. I had some crazy notions regarding how I wanted to present my offers to try and get the best price. All I needed to do is explain how I wanted the offer and counter-offers to be presented and he ran with it. Never once questioned my sanity.

My husband and I were being transferred from San Diego to North Chicago on military orders and started looking into homes before the official move. We inquired about a home Mr. Rank had listed, and through many emails got to know him. Before meeting him in person we were extremely impressed and pleased with his customer service, attention to detail, and communication. When we finally were able to meet in person Mr. Rank had lined up numerous houses for us to view and did his absolute best to line up more if they appeared on the MLS system. We flew back to San Diego confident that our needs were being met. Mr. Rank helped us find our home and then after getting new military orders also helped up put it back on the market.
